The Promise

Small batches. Real hands. Fair fire.

Every PHALAP product is made by Singpho artisan families in Upper Assam and sourced at prices set by the makers, not the market. Batches are small because fires are small — when a batch sells out, the next one is already smoking.

First batch, first served.

PHALAP is in development. The waitlist gets first access to the inaugural smokehouse batch — before it goes public.
